Accessibility Issue Reporting App - Jacksonville, FL

This project is a set of apps that would allow the collection and management of reports about accessibility issues. Public users can report the type, location, and severity of barriers to accessibility that they encounter throughout their city, and private users can manage and examine those reports to help address the problems. There is also a dashboard interface that anyone can use to review trends in the issues being reported.

This was academic work, but this framework would work in practice to help local governments track problems that people encounter in public spaces. It's important because barriers to accessibility limit the equitable use of public facilities and can create hardship or danger to disabled individuals.
